Before Earlybird Closes – now until 22 March 2026

• If you purchase three Earlybird Full Registrations from the same organisation, the fourth registration will be free.
• If you are the fourth registration from your organisation please email your name and organisation to nzai@theconferencecompany.com, and we will provide you with information on how to take advantage of the free registration.

After Earlybird Closes – 23 March 2026 to 8 April 2026

• If you purchase three Standard Full Registrations from the same organisation, the fourth registration will be free.
• If you are the fourth registration from your organisation please email your name and organisation to nzai@theconferencecompany.com, and we will provide you with information on how to take advantage of the free registration.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your registration prior to Sunday 22 March 2026 (midnight), you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150.
• If you cancel your registration after Sunday 22 March 2026 (12.01am on 23 March), your registration fee will be non-refundable.
• Your registration can be transferred to another person.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the NZAI, the National Assessment Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
