• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%. 
• Earlybird registration closes on 6 June 2025. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply. 
• Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Conference.

Cancellation policy: 

• If you cancel your registration prior to 6 June 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $75. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.  
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Equipment requirements: If a workshop involves the use of manipulatives, attendees should bring items such as geometric shapes and Cuisenaire rods.

Requesting a Booking: If you would like to request a booking, please contact your chosen hotel directly via the phone number listed above and state Numicon/Edushop as a reference when making your booking.

Room Rates: Please note that the room rates listed on the  Numicon website may no longer be available and the rates provided by the hotel will be quoted as their best available rate.

• If you have multiple dietary restrictions or you have any allergies or medical conditions the caterers should be aware of, please select 'Other and/or severe allergies' and specify in the text box.

Note: Dietary restrictions are used to provide the correct types and quantities of catering for Conference breaks and social functions. Please only indicate any dietary restrictions if you are on a restricted diet due to serious allergies, health or religious reasons or lifestyle choices.
