Registration

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%. 
  • Earlybird registration closes on 15th June 2025. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply. 
  • Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Conference.

Cancellation policy: 

  • If you cancel your registration prior to 12 July 2025, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $250. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.  
  • If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Registration Refund Policy:

  • Non-refundable Registrations: Fees under $250 are non-refundable.
  • Refundable Registrations: For fees over $250, cancellations made before July 12, 2025, will be refunded minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
