The Privacy Act 2020 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on this registration form or by email, your name and contact details may be distributed to:
(a) Conference delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you).
(b) Organisers of future Living Streets Aotearoa Summits 2025 events

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
Payment can be made online via credit card at the moment of registration. A 2.8% credit card surcharge fee will apply. An invoice showing the total fee + GST will be sent to you automatically after payment.
Earlybird registration closes on 30 September 2025. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply.
Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Summit.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your registration prior to 31 October 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $30. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
If for reasons beyond the control of Living Streets Aotearoa, the summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
