• Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Symposium.

Cancellation policy: 

• If you cancel your in-person registration prior to 25 May 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. 
• If you cancel your virtual registration prior to 25 May 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $35 + GST. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.  
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
• Virtual attendees may change to In-person registrations at any point, paying the difference in applicable fees.

The Networking Function on Wednesday 25 June is included in your registration. Please indicate below whether you will be attending.
