Ms Zara Mok is a Senior Assistant Director of the Legal and Enforcement Division at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”). In her role, she reviews, implements, and enforces Singapore’s Competition Act 2004 relating to conduct such as anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and mergers and acquisitions that substantially lessen competition. She is also involved in conducting market studies and advisories to government agencies. Zara has led cartel investigations and has also been involved in appeal proceedings before the Singapore’s Competition Appeal Board with respect to CCCS’s infringement decisions on cartel conduct.
Prior to joining CCCS, Zara worked in private practice in litigation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
