Trudie Enks is the Director Immunity within the Competition Division of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC). Trudie has worked with the ACCC for almost 16 years in a variety of enforcement roles during which she has been involved in a number of complex cartel investigations, assessment of countless cartel immunity applications, development of knowledge management processes, and is coming up on her third review of the ACCC immunity and cooperation policy for cartel conduct (Immunity Policy).Trudie currently works in the Coordination and Strategy Unit (CSU). CSU is responsible for triage, coordination, prioritisation, and process improvement for the ACCC’s Competition Division, as well as administering the Immunity Policy and managing the ACCC’s anonymous reporting portal for cartel conduct (hosted by Whispli). Additionally, Trudie’s team supports domestic and international stakeholder engagement for the immunity policy and other cartel matters.Trudie is also currently studying her Master of Global Competition and Consumer Law through the University of Melbourne Law School.
