Michael Selvadurai

Mike Selvadurai is a Major Case Director in the Cartels Directorate, Cartels and Deceptive Marketing Practices Branch of the Competition Bureau Canada. Since joining the Bureau in 2007, Mike has worked in both the Toronto and Ottawa offices where he has participated in and led numerous criminal investigations involving cartels, mass marketing fraud, and proceeds of crime. In addition, Mike has regularly contributed to criminal enforcement policy and training initiatives and represented the Bureau at various international and domestic law enforcement partnerships. Mike has degrees in Criminology and Civil Law from the University of Ottawa and an LL.M in Criminal Law and Procedure from Osgoode Hall Law School
