Luiz Ros is a senior partner at Silva Matos Advogados, a consultant of the PNUD/UN Program on ICN MWG Project Control of Data, Market Power, and Potential Competition in Merger Reviews; and a PhD student on Corporate Law at University of Brasilia. Luiz also has an LLM in Constitutional Law, at IDP/Brasília, a postgraduate degree in Criminal Economic Law at Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and a Bachelor Of Laws degree from University of Brasília (UnB). Having more than 11 years working with cartels cases in the law firms, Luiz has also served as Deputy Coordinator of the General Superintendency and Tribunal Advisor for the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE). He is currently the General Secretary of Antitrust Commission of the Federal District Chapter for the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/DF) and a member of the Competition Law and Corporate Law Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law. Luiz was a Volunteer Professor in University of Brasília at Corporate Law and the Vice President of the Board of Directors and Data Protection Officer of LoopKey S.A..
