Leah McCoy

Leah McCoy is an attorney in the International Section at the Department of Justice Antitrust Division.  She began her career at the DOJ in 2008.  Prior to joining the International Section, she investigated and prosecuted cartels in the Washington Criminal 2 Section and litigated mergers and civil conduct cases in the Transportation, Energy, and Agriculture Section.  Ms. McCoy also worked in the DOJ’s Criminal Division, where she handled matters involving criminal and civil asset forfeiture and money laundering.  Before joining DOJ, she worked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).  Ms. McCoy is a graduate of Georgetown Law and Texas Tech University.
