Stephen Crosswell

Julia Bach has been rapporteur of the 11th decision division of the Bundeskartellamt, specialised in hard-core cartels, since 2010. 

After qualifying as a lawyer, Julia Bach worked for three years as a solicitor in a boutique law firm. In 1998 she joined the Federal Network Agency, working for the litigation and legal division and later as a rapporteur of the decision division specialised in postal services. In 2003 she joined the Bundeskartellamt as rapporteur of the 7th decision division, specialised in telecommunications and EDP.
