Joe McLoughlin

Joe McLoughlin is a Detective Sergeant in An Garda Síochána (Irish Police Force) at the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB) which is under the remit of Organised & Serious Crime. Joe is currently on secondment to the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in a Garda organisational support role to the CCPC in its criminal enforcement investigations into breaches of Competition Law. Joe is an external presenter to the Detective Garda Training Course and the Incident Room Co-Ordinator's Course which are run by the Crime, Specialist and Operational Skills Section of the Garda training college. Joe is also an external presenter to the Post Graduate Certificate in Fraud & E-Crime Investigation which is run by University College Dublin with the assistance of GNECB
