Isabel López Galvez

Deputy Director Cartels and Leniency Unit from 2008, leading cartel investigations. She has worked in competition law since 2000 (mergers and legal affairs), drafting the legislative package introducing Leniency Programme in 2008 and 2013 Spanish Leniency Notice. Isabel has a law degree (Universidad de Málaga) and a Master´s degree in European Community Law (Universidad de Granada, Jean Monnet Programme). 

She authors several publications on competition and has taken part as a conference speaker in specialist forum in Spain and internationally, in particular, as representant of the CNMC before the ICN.
