• Individual Bookings
  • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee your full booking. Payment will be required on check-in.  If you cancel your booking on or after 4 March 2026 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified your credit card will be charged for 100% of your booking. 
  • The accommodation rates do not include 10% service charge and 8% government tax per room, per night.
  • An RM 10.00 per room per night mandatory Tourism Tax will payable at checkout for all foreign passport holders.
• Group Bookings
  • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more.
  • The credit card details submitted on the booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the full booking. Payment will be required on check-in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
  • If the group is cancelled between 20 January 2026 and 4 March 2026 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation. If the whole group is cancelled on or after 4 March 2026 or fails to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply. If an individual within the group cancels their booking on or after 4 March 2026 or they fail to check-in on the arrival date specified the credit card will be charged for 100% of the booking.

• All Bookings
  • Room configurations are subject to availability and will be requested to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
  • All guests will be required to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check-in. If the guest does not wish to use their credit card then a deposit will be required on check-in.
  • All guests are responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked while at the hotel and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash will not incur a surcharge.
  • Check-in time is 1400. Check-out time is 1200 (noon).

Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre

• Individual Bookings
  • A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking.  30-days before check- in (on or after 6 March 2026), a payment link will be sent directly to you from the hotel. You will be required to complete payment for your full stay using this link.  This payment needs to be completed within 7 days of receiving the payment link to ensure your booking is not cancelled. 
  • If you cancel your booking on or after 4 March 2026 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified your credit card used to guarantee the booking will be charged for 100% of your booking. 
• Group Bookings
