Block bookings have been made at select hotels close to the venue, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified. Bookings are available via the registration form.

Please note the special rates displayed on this website are only guaranteed for meeting delegates.

Making a reservation

Bookings should be made via the online registration form by Friday, 5 April 2024. After this date, no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. Credit card details are required in the online registration form to secure the booking. These details will either be used as a guarantee with full payment needed at the hotel on check-in, or the credit card will be charged by the hotel for the full amount 30 days before the check-in day.
