Cancellation policy: 

• If you cancel your registration prior to 22 September 2026 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD$150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.  
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

• If your preferred nights are unavailable or the hotel displays as full, please email epsm@theconferencecompany.com with your requirements. 
• All prices are in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
• Please ensure you are familiar with the Terms and Conditions for your reservation.
• After selecting your preferred hotel, you will have the option to provide your Hotel Rewards/Loyalty Program Membership No. (if applicable).

If you do not require accommodation, please select the 'No Accommodation Required' box to proceed.

• Please provide the name and contact number of a person we can contact in case of an emergency at the Conference.

The venue has parenting rooms, which will be accessible during EPSM. Parent Rooms feature all you need to feed and change in privacy and comfort. You can find Parent Rooms located on Merivale Street Main Foyer, just behind Merivales Cafe and one located on Grey Street Main Foyer next to the Information Desk (https://bcec.com.au/wp-content/uploads/Location-and-access-Map.pdf). Please indicate if you need assistance in e.g. childcare service recommendations and the conference organisers will assist wherever possible.
