Cancellation policy:

  • If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
  • Super Earlybird registration closes on 1st March 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, then Regular Earlybird rates will apply.
  • Regular Earlybird registration closes on 30th June 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, then standard rates will apply.
  • If you cancel your registration prior to 19th June 2025, you will receive a refund with a $25 admin fee.
  • If you cancel your registration between 20th June - 19th July 2025, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
