Friday 14 May, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Cordis Hotel, 83 Symonds Street, Auckland

Join us to advance Auckland's economic recovery - to act and advocate together to build Auckland's best future.

Auckland's Future, Now returns in May 2021, an event to explore how the region's private and public sectors can continue to collaborate in response to the challenges facing Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.

In August 2020, we brought together Auckland's leading business and economic thinkers to focus on our region's economic recovery and how we could collectively support our communities, businesses and industries in a COVID world.

Auckland's Future, Now 2020 was informed by this report, which provided analysis and commentary on the economic impacts and projected effects of COVID-19 on Auckland's economy and employment.

Auckland's Future, Now 2021 will continue the conversation - the five areas of opportunity identified in 2020 to stimulate Auckland's recovery, the progress made since August and the way ahead.

This invite-only event presents an opportunity to add your voice to the evolving agenda for Auckland's recovery. Contribute to practical steps for Auckland partners to work on and advocate for. Help signal to decision-makers, international and local business that we are leading the way to a transformed regional economy.

Auckland's Future, Now is proudly hosted by Auckland Unlimited - the region's economic and cultural agency, and an Auckland Council-controlled organisation.

In the event Auckland’s COVID-19 alert level changes, Auckland’s Future, Now event will be postponed to a later date. Details around a new date will be announced soon.
