Vicente Valencia is an accomplished leader in the infrastructure sector, with over 20 years of expertise in tendering, delivering, and managing multibillion-dollar PPP projects across Spain, Greece, the USA, and Canada. 

He has held senior roles including Bid Manager, COO, CEO, and Board Director, most recently serving as CEO of NX2, overseeing the Puhoi to Warkworth project in New Zealand. 

A recent Kiwi citizen, Vicente calls Aotearoa home and brings a deep passion for infrastructure development to his work. He is focused on consulting, coaching, and mentoring construction professionals, aiming to share his knowledge in project delivery, SPV management, and strategic negotiations.
