Todd Lauchlan

Todd has 29 years as a property professional, including more than 18 years working and living internationally, predominantly in emerging markets. 

Todd Lauchlan has an impressive history with JLL, having joined the business in 1995 as a Leasing Agent for the Wellington office. He has progressed through the ranks around the world to take on managing roles in cities like London, Mumbai, Beijing, and Jakarta.  

During his most recent role as an International Director and Country Head for JLL Indonesia, the Indonesian business grew in excess of 800 per cent with its headcount surging from 75 to more than 600 people. In 2018 he took on the role of Managing Director for JLL New Zealand to bring his family back home with the intention to further develop and grow the business. JLL, New Zealand consists of three offices in Auckland, Christchurch & Wellington. In 2024 Todd started his own Podcast called the ToddCast which focuses on people in the Commercial property space.
