Dr David Skilling

Dr David Skilling is the founding Director of Landfall Strategy Group, a strategic advisory firm now based in the Netherlands that provides firms, investors, and governments with insights and advice on issues at the intersection of global economics, geopolitics, and economic policy. 

David has previously served in senior roles in the New Zealand Government (Treasury, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade), worked for McKinsey & Co and the McKinsey Global Institute in Singapore, and was the founding Chief Executive of The New Zealand Institute. 

David has a Ph.D. in Public Policy and a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University, as well as a Master of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Auckland.
