Cancellation policy: 

  • If you cancel your registration prior to 11 August 2025, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.  
  • If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place at Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 10 October from 5pm - 7pm.

The Welcome Reception is included with all registrations that include Friday conference attendance.  To assist with catering numbers please advise whether you will be attending.

If you are not attending the conference on Friday and would like to attend the Welcome Reception, you may purchase a guest ticket.
