  • Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Summit.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your registration prior to Monday 12 January 2026 (midnight), you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50.
  • If you cancel your registration after Monday 12 January 2026 (12.01am), your registration fee will be non-refundable.
  • Your registration can be transferred to another person.
  • If for reasons beyond the control of the APHRS26, the Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society Summit 2026 is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
