Ali is a Bachelor of Health Science student at Swinburne University. Ali currently is on placement in the Respiratory Lab at Royal Melbourne Hospital as a Trainee Respiratory Scientist. Over the year of his current placement Ali has ventured in clinical, physiological and academic aspects of being a respiratory scientist.

Simon Green is a senior academic who teaches exercise physiology and performs exercise and cardiorespiratory research. He is currently leading a cardiorespiratory science and medicine initiative at Campbelltown Hospital which has a primary focus on breathlessness, cardiac arryhthmias and heart-lung interactions.

Abbey is a respiratory physiologist at the Christchurch Hospital Respiratory physiology lab. She has a keen interest in exercise physiology and paediatrics.

Pamela has been working in Pulmonary Function Laboratory for the past 11 years, and in Respiratory Clinical Trials for the past 1.5years at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, South Australia.

Chris is currently a Senior Respiratory Scientist at The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane. He is interested in quality assurance projects in respiratory function laboratories and mentoring student and junior clinical measurement scientists.

Kristin Southwell is the Senior Respiratory Scientist at Northern Health in Melbourne. She has over 16 years’ experience in lung function testing within public health respiratory laboratories

Tahlia Martin is a senior respiratory scientist currently working in the pulmonary physiology laboratory at Royal Perth Hospital. She has been working in the field for eight years and has a special interest in service improvement.

Caoimhe Tierney is a junior respiratory and sleep scientist from Ireland, working at Concord Hospital in Sydney. She has enjoyed her opportunities for career development in respiratory and ciliary function testing, and hopes to complete CRFS in 2024.

Emma is a Respiratory Scientist at the Austin Hospital. She has worked in respiratory laboratories across Queensland, Victoria and the United Kingdom. She has a particular interests in quality assurance and control and predicted values.

Neil Alberto graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science from Macquarie University and is currently a Respiratory Scientist, working within the Thoracic Medicine Department at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. He is passionate to begin pulmonary research, specifically within the topic of CPET.
