Keith Ooi is a Clinician Investigator with a tenured academic position at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Medicine & Health and Senior Specialist Pediatric Gastroenterologist at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Australia. He is recognized nationally and internationally for his research and clinical expertise in CF gastroenterology and nutrition as well as in pediatric pancreatic diseases. He has published over 130 journal articles and has been involved in $>10M in grant funding including from the NHMRC and NIH (USA).

Assoc/Prof Tonia Douglas is the co-director for paediatric CF services in Queensland and a specialist respiratory and sleep physician. She is the chair of the steering committee for the Standards of Care for CF in Australia 2023 setting expectations for paediatric and adult care in the new era of CFTR modulator therapies. Tonia has held chair positions on the steering committees for the past three annual "SHIFT CF" symposiums bringing international CF experts together to define state of the art care and future clinical and research directions. She is a clinical associate professor with the University of Queensland Medical School and her research focus is the psychosocial health of children and adolescents with CF and relationships between mental health and clinical outcomes.

Professor Middleton is a Senior Staff Specialist in Respiratory & Sleep Medicine and CF Centre Director at Westmead Hospital and Clinical Professor at the University of Sydney.
Over the last 20 years, he has developed a large clinic caring for people with CF and non-CF bronchiectasis and leads a diagnostic service for assessment of patients with bronchiectasis.
Research interests include scientific and clinical studies of new CF therapies including the Phase III trial of triple CFTR modulator therapy (Elexacaftor / Tezacaftor / Ivacaftor) in people with CF published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2019.
Other interests include the effect of airways disease on women during pregnancy, leading a combined ERS TSANZ taskforce published in the European Respiratory Journal in 2020.

Simone is a Respiratory Staff Specialist at The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where she is part of the adult cystic fibrosis service and director of the multidisciplinary bronchiectasis clinic. She is a Senior Lecturer with The University of Sydney and co-convenor of the TSANZ CF-SIG.
