Biography

Associate Professor Peter Noble is a Physiologist and teaching-research Academic in the School of Human Sciences at the University of Western Australia. His interests include airway structure-function in the context of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as well as the development of polarisation-sensitive optical coherence tomography for use in respiratory medicine. In collaboration with clinicians and biomedical engineers he is working towards patient-specific therapeutic targeting of airway remodelling.

Dr Matthew Bruorton is a Paediatric Respiratory Fellow at the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide, South Australia. He is investigating X-ray velocimetry as a novel imaging technique in paediatric cystic fibrosis lung disease as part of his PhD project through the University of Adelaide.

Virtual kids - using technology to rethink model of care in children with respiratory presentations

Biography

Dr Dev is the medical lead of the virtualKIDS programme in SCHN. He is also a Respiratory and Sleep staff specialist at chw and is a senior clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney. Dev is passionate about growing telehealth in paediatrics and is the paediatric representative of the clinical academic group in research into the application of telehealth within the state.
