Professor Vivienne Milch is Medical Director and Head, Clinical Policy Advice Branch, at Cancer Australia. She provides strategic clinical policy advice and leadership to support Cancer Australia’s work to minimise the impact of cancer, address disparities, and improve the health outcomes of people affected by cancer.
Professor Milch is also medical advisor to the Australian Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care on cancer screening policy, and holds professorial appointments at the Caring Futures Institute at Flinders University and the School of Medicine at University of Notre Dame, Sydney.
Prior to joining Cancer Australia, Professor Milch was a General Practitioner and clinical researcher at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.

Paul Dawkins is a Respiratory Physician at Middlemore Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Medicine at University of Auckland. He is current President of the NZ Branch of TSANZ. He is clinical lead for lung cancer at Middlemore chaired the National Lung Cancer Working Group and Northern Cancer Network lung tumour stream for a number of years. He is an examiner and training workshop facilitator for RACP. He worked for 6 years as a Respiratory Physician in West Midlands (UK) before leaving to work in New Zealand ten years ago.

Prof Fraser Brims is a Consultant Respiratory Physician and Head of Department at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Director of Clinical Educators at Curtin Medical School. He is a CI for the NHMRC CRE National Centre for Asbestos Related Diseases and leads the WA Asbestos Review Program and is Chair of the WA Mesothelioma Registry. He is Chief Investigator for the LUCAP project, funded by Cancer Australia and Lung Foundation Australia, designed to identify and alleviate unwarranted variations in lung cancer care across Australia.

Henry Marshall, FRACP PhD, is a senior staff Thoracic Physician at The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane and Visiting Medical Officer at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside, Brisbane. His research, at the University of Queensland Thoracic Research Centre, aims to reduce the burden of disease caused by lung cancer by focussing on lung cancer early detection, screening and smoking cessation.
