The authors of this abstract all have been working in the Respiratory Department of Royal Darwin Hospital during 2022.

Jessica is a Respiratory Physician at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and a PhD candidate at Curtin University in Perth. Her PhD is focused on the identification of unwarranted variation in lung cancer care through the prospective collection of routine clinical data.

Dr Amy O'Brien is an Advanced Trainee in Respiratory Medicine in Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand Waikato. She has an interest in lung cancer, interventional pulmonology and pleural disease.

Dr Manoj Thogesan is a medical registrar at the John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle. He has experience working at the Black dog institute and is currently doing research at the Respiratory and sleep medicine department at John Hunter Hospital. His research interests include lung cancer and interventional pulmonology.

Paul Dawkins is a Respiratory Physician at Middlemore Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Medicine at University of Auckland. He is current President of the NZ Branch of TSANZ. He is clinical lead for lung cancer at Middlemore chaired the National Lung Cancer Working Group and Northern Cancer Network lung tumour stream for a number of years. He is an examiner and training workshop facilitator for RACP. He worked for 6 years as a Respiratory Physician in West Midlands (UK) before leaving to work in New Zealand ten years ago.

Calvin is a respiratory physician and interventional pulmonologist at Western Health (Victoria). He has subspecialty interest and training in basic and advanced bronchoscopy, as well as pleural medicine.
