Dr Jonathan Williamson trained in Sydney, Perth, and overseas in Heidelberg, Germany. He is a Consultant Respiratory and Sleep Physician at Liverpool Hospital and a Visiting Medical Officer at Macquarie University Hospital. Dr Williamson's practice covers a wide range of respiratory pathologies including asthma, COPD, lung and airway infections, emphysema and lung cancer with a sub specialised interest in airway interventions including rigid bronchoscopy, cryotherapy, endoscopic lung volume reduction, cone beam CT guided bronchoscopy and managing central airway obstruction.

Dr. Herath is a Respiratory and Sleep Physician with notable achievements in interventional pulmonology. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2011. Then completed a 12-month advanced fellowship training in interventional bronchoscopy at McGill University in 2013. She pioneered New Zealand’s first Radial EBUS and cryo biopsy services as well as establishing these services at Westmead Hospital and Northern Beaches Hospital in Sydney.
Dr. Herath has a PhD from the University of Sydney focused on radial EBUS and cryo biopsy as minimally invasive diagnostic techniques for peripheral pulmonary lesions.
Dr Herath is currently a senior lecturer at Macquarie University Hospital and works as a VMO at Macquarie University Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital and Northern Beaches Hospital.

Associate Professor Tajalli Saghaie is a Respiratory Consultant at Macquarie University Hospital, Sydney. He is an Interventional Pulmonologist with interest and experience in pleural procedures and management of pleural disease. Taj has been working on innovative and advanced technologies to biopsy peripheral lung lesions, including robotic bronchoscopy and CBCT bronchoscopy.

Biography
A/Prof. Badiei is a staff specialist in the department of thoracic medicine at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He initially completed a degree in Biomedical Engineering and then a PhD in Medicine prior to embarking on a career in medicine. His basic and initial advanced physician training was at the RAH before completing his fellowship at the pleural medicine unit at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Western Australia. He currently works as an interventional pulmonologist and is the pleural lead at the RAH. His research interests are in the area of interventional pulmonology and thoracic imaging.
