Aeneas is an experienced respiratory and sleep physician with extensive clinical expertise, particularly in non-invasive advanced respiratory support. As the Medical Director of the Lung Function Laboratory and Clinical Lead of the Respiratory Failure and Sleep Medicine Service at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, he has a profound interest in respiratory physiology, focusing on its measurement and education. In his role as a Clinical Title Holder at the University of Adelaide, Aeneas is a passionate and engaging educator, inspiring students and trainees on topics such as non-invasive ventilation, arterial blood gases, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing. He is a member of the TSANZ NIV Curriculum working group.

Paul T Kelly is a Clinical Physiologist and a Clinical Manager for the Respiratory/Sleep Physiology Services, Te Whatu Ora - Waitaha & Te Tai o Poutini. Paul has 30 years of experience in clinical physiology with a particular interest in oxygen delivery, sleep physiology, exercise and environmental physiology, which was the focus of his Masters and PhD studies. Paul works closely with community, regional and tertiary care providers to provide accessible, equitable and standardised respiratory and sleep services within people’s communities.

Biography
Mahesh is a senior respiratory scientist at the Lung Function Laboratory, The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. Mahesh has a keen interest in sensitive measures of airway function in Asthma including exhaled nitric oxide, oscillometry and multiple-breath nitrogen washout.

Biography
Pamela Kidd is a medical scientist working across a duel role in Respiratory Clinical Trials since 2022, and in the Pulmonary Function Department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital since 2012. She worked in epidemiology research at the Woolcock Institute from 2009-2012 which started her interest in respiratory research and pulmonary function testing.
