This session introduces dental delegates to surgical management options for OSA beyond the appliance space. Dr Stephen Kao (ENT) covers the sequencing of MAS versus ENT intervention, key nasal features dentists should assess, and a naso-endoscopy demonstration tailored for a dental audience. Dr William Huynh (OMFS) then presents on skeletal expansion techniques (SARPE/MARPE/DOME) and maxillomandibular advancement (MMA), including long-term evidence, giving dentists a clearer picture of when and how to refer for surgical care.
