Dr. Kimberly L. Sterling is Vice President and Head of Health Research within Medical Affairs at Resmed. A pharmacist and health economist, she brings more than two decades of experience across medical devices and pharma, with expertise in health economics, health equity, and women’s health. Kimberly leads scientific evidence strategies that demonstrate the value of health technologies and support provider, payer, and patient access decisions. Previously, she held leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Sanofi. A recognized thought leader, she frequently speaks on health equity, real-world evidence, and responsible digital innovation across healthcare, policy, and business to drive meaningful impact.

Dr. Sat Sharma completed his tenure as Professor of Medicine and Head of Pulmonary Division at University of Manitoba. He is currently a director of multiple sleep centers in Canada His research interests include: newer therapies for asthma, COPD and Sleep Apnea. He has published over 300 peer reviewed articles, book chapters and many books. Dr. Sharma recently won awards for his research with novel appliances from the American College of Chest Physicians and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
