Managing the Non-Compliant OSA Patient: Optimisation, Therapy Reassessment and the Role of Bilevel Therapy. While PAP therapy remains the cornerstone of OSA management, not all patients achieve optimal outcomes with standard PAP approaches alone. This symposium will explore practical strategies for recognising patients who may require a more personalised treatment pathway, including therapy optimisation, escalation considerations, and clinical decision-making around when bilevel therapy in OSA may be appropriate. Participants will explore patient profiles, treatment pathways, and real-world scenarios where advanced PAP approaches, including VAuto therapy, may help improve comfort, adherence and long-term treatment outcomes. Through clinical discussion and real-world case studies, participants will examine how to balance efficacy, comfort, adherence and patient experience while supporting long-term treatment success. The session will also explore how connected care solutions can support patient engagement, therapy monitoring and clinical decision-making. Led by a clinical expert and supported by Resmed Medical Affairs, the symposium aims to translate clinical evidence into practical approaches that can be applied in routine patient management. Speakers: Dr David Michail, Sleep and Respiratory Physician, Westmead Hospital Dr Jeff Armitstead, VP, Medical Affairs, Resmed Ross Deas, Director, Medical Affairs, Resmed Alisha Middleton, Senior Clinical Project Manager, Resmed
