It will highlight how transdisciplinary care approaches that optimise treatment, particularly through personalized interventions addressing patient-specific needs. This session will emphasize the importance of a team-based approach in managing sleep health, particularly OSA, fostering a holistic view of patient care and enhancing clinical outcomes.
