Billy is a second year sleep and respiratory advanced trainee currently working for Melbourne Health with a passion for utilising an individualised approach to helping patients with sleep disorders. Previously working as a sleep scientist prior to and throughout medical school, Billy has an additional appreciation for technical aspects of PSG set up and analysis from his past experience. Hearing and seeing from consumers how variable their outcomes were to CPAP therapy was has prompted Billy's interest in exploring OSA endotypes and how this affects treatment response, outcomes and concurrent pathologies, such as atrial fibrillation.
