Biography

Dr Nathan Lieu is a final year Paediatric Advanced Trainee completing his training in respiratory, sleep and general paediatrics. He has an interest in interventional procedures using paediatric bronchoscopy and mandibular devices with respect to managing patients with obstructive sleep apnoea.

Biography

Dr Thanuja Krishnananthan is a Paediatric Respiratory Physician and is currently undertaking her Sleep Fellowship at Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick. She is graduate of the University of New South Wales and completed her fellowship in Respiratory Medicine at The Children's Hospital Westmead (CHW). She also completed fellowship in Cystic Fibrosis at the Royal London Hospital in east London. She has also completed a Masters in International Public Health at the University of New South Wales. Thanuja has a keen interest in teaching and is actively involved in medical student and registrar teaching.

Biography

Jaime is a research student from Melbourne who aspires to be a paediatrician. He has completed the Bachelor of Biomedicine at Victoria University and is currently undertaking his honours year at the University of Melbourne. He has a passion for paediatric health and well being with a particular focus in sleep medicine. His honours project is centered on investigating and comparing the sleep quality of children with cystic fibrosis, and non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis in hospital and home settings. His supervisors include principal investigator, Dr Moya Vandeleur and co-investigators Dr Anne-Marie Adams and Professor Phil Robinson.

Dr Justin Goh is a current year Sleep Medicine Advanced Trainee at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Western Australia. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Western Australia in 2015 and his Basic Physician Training at Fiona Stanley Hospital and its affiliated hospitals in Western Australia in 2023.

Biography

Kevin Seow is currently Sleep Fellow at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He graduated with a Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery from Monash University in 2014 and subsequently practiced overseas in Malaysia as a medical officer in various medical specialties. He completed basic physician training at the Lyell McEwin Hospital in South Australia and then underwent dual advanced training in Respiratory Medicine as well as in General & Acute Care Medicine. His main clinical interests are in the management of respiratory failure and breathing-related sleep disorders.

Biography

Jayne Roberts completed her advanced training in respiratory and sleep medicine in 2023 and is the current sleep fellow at Monash Health. She developed an interest in sleep medicine during her undergraduate years, completing Bachelor of Medical Science with the Austin Institute for Breathing and Sleep in 2013.
