Dr. Matthew Rahimi is a post-doctoral researcher at the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research. With a Ph.D. in Sleep and Respiratory Medicine from Flinders University, Dr. Rahimi focuses on developing and testing innovative non-pharmacological treatments for insomnia and improving the management of sleep apnea. He has led large-scale clinical trials and presented at national and international conferences.

Prof Drummond is a Professor of Clinical Neuroscience and Director of Research Programs and Infrastructure in the School of Psychological Sciences at Monash University. He is also a Past President of the Sleep Research Society. There are 3 related arms to Prof Drummond’s program of research: 1) Cognitive neuroscience of sleep and sleep deprivation; 2) Behavioural interventions for insomnia; and 3) Translational studies examining the mechanistic role of sleep in psychopathology, especially PTSD.

Dr Hailey Meaklim [BSc(Hons), Mpsych, PhD, DBSM] is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the John Trinder Sleep Laboratory at the University of Melbourne. Dr Meaklim’s research focuses on improving the translation of evidence-based insomnia treatment into mental healthcare. Her mission is to ensure that all healthcare providers receive basic training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to improve their clients' sleep and mental health outcomes. She is also passionate about improving our understanding and treatment of insomnia. Dr Meaklim holds a clinical appointment as a Sleep Psychologist at St Vincent's Hospital Sleep Centre in Melbourne, Australia

Dr Meagan Crowther is a postdoctoral research fellow at Monash University. Dr Crowther is the research lead for a large clinical trial examining the effectiveness and implementation factors of a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia in the perinatal period. Dr Crowther's research interests include sleep and health in early parenthood, sleep and health in shift workers and the relationship between sleep and mental health conditions. Meagan is also the current co-chair of the ASA Insomnia Sleep Health Council and a committee member of the NEST council.
