Details
This workshop explores how to design assessment systems that are efficient, coherent, and genuinely useful. Too often, schools collect large volumes of data without clarity about what it measures or how it drives improvement. This session focuses on removing unnecessary noise from assessment schedules and streamlining data collection so leaders and teachers can confidently measure the impact of specific teaching interventions.
Drawing on a Year 7ā8 case study, the workshop outlines how curriculum sequencing, structured pedagogies, and focused data systems were aligned to strategic planning and professional growth cycles. Participants will examine how to identify high-leverage assessments, reduce duplication, and ensure reporting judgments are grounded in clear evidence.
