Te Uru Amokura | Springboard Trust works closely with Principals and School leaders to help them lead their schools strategically. By bringing school leaders and volunteers from the business and corporate sector together we develop deeper understanding of the work of schools and a focus. There are so many demands on schools today, so prioritistion and alignment is vitally important. Our programmes are well researched and evaluated. Principals report our programmes are the best learning of their leadership careers. We will share some of the evidence of impact, some of the ways schools are thinking about this work in 2026. We will share what they are currently focusing on, and how the school leaders are cascading and distributing the thinking through their schools.
