Peter has led, developed, and managed change in several high schools. Peter facilitates learning, with a focus on designing learning experiences that are free from biases, remnants of colonialism, and inequities. Andrea facilitates professional learning to build leadership capacity, develop adaptive cultures, live one's values, and grow one's vision.
