Leanne Otene is the Manukura (National President) of the New Zealand Principals' Federation - Ngā Tumuaki o Aotearoa from 2023 - 2025. She is also an Executive Council Member and Oceania, Asia, and Pacific Representative for the International Confederation of Principals. Leanne has a distinguished career in education, including her role as Principal at Manaia View School. She is a passionate advocate for principals and a respected wahine Màori leader in the education sector.
