Dale Bailey has held national leadership roles across education, careers, and cultural institutions. Beginning as a teacher, he advanced through ERO and Careers NZ, and now leads learning at Te Papa. He was awarded an MNZM in 2025 for his contributions to education and lifelong learning in Aotearoa.
