Biography
Tingjin Zhi, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the Faculty of Education at East China Normal University and Deputy Director of the National Training Center for Secondary School Principals, Ministry of Education. Previous appointments include Head of the Department of Educational Administration at East China Normal University, and Executive Director of the National Institute of Educational Policy Research.
Concurrent appointments include member of the Discipline Appraisal Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council; member of the Specialist Committee of the Steering Committee for Education and Instruction in Basic Education under the Ministry of Education; Vice Chair of the Educational Administration Branch of the Chinese Society of Education; Vice President of the Shanghai Society of Leadership Science; Vice Chair of the Expert Committee on Law and Policy of the China Association for Non-Government Education; and Vice Chair of the Academic Committee of the Senior Secondary Education Committee of the Chinese Society of Education.
Main research fields: educational administration and educational policy. Author of nine monographs, including Teaching for Thinking, National Development Report of Education, The Construction of Governance System for Basic Education, and Annual Report on Primary and Secondary School Principals Development in China. Author of over 100 journal and newspaper articles, including nine published in Educational Research and contributions to Guangming Daily.

Biography
TIAN Ai-li is a professor and doctoral supervisor at East China Normal University and Deputy Director of the National Training Center for Secondary School Principals of the Ministry of Education. Her main research area is the transformation of school talent cultivation models in the digital-intelligent era. She has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China project “Theoretical and Practical Research on MOOCs Promoting Educational Equity and Quality,” the National Social Science Fund of China key education project “Research on the Difficulties and Breakthrough Paths of Online and Offline Education Integration.”
She has published more than 10 books with the Commercial Press and East China Normal University Press, including *Digital-Intelligent Navigation: Future Leadership of Primary and Secondary School Principals*, *Practical Wisdom of Online-Offline Integration in Basic Education*. She has also published over 80 academic papers in journals such as “Transforming Teaching Models to Promote the Cultivation of Top-Notch Innovative Talents,” “An Empirical Study on MOOCs and Flipped Classroom Teaching” . She has received the Second Prize of the National Outstanding Achievement Award in Educational Science, the Second Prize of the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award, and other honors.

Biography
Peng Jianping, Professor-level Senior Teacher and Doctoral Supervisor. He is a Special National Education Supervisor, Director of the Chinese Society of Education, and Supervisor appointed by the People’s Government of Guangdong Province. He is a Distinguished Principal of Guangdong Province, and a Lead Expert of Guangzhou’s first batch of Education Expert Workshops. He also serves as Vice President of the Guangdong Association of Primary and Secondary School Principals and Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Basic Education Evaluation Association. Currently, he is the Principal of Guangzhou Tianxing Experimental School.
He has won First Class Provincial and Municipal Teaching Achievement Awards, and been honoured with titles including China’s Top Ten Outstanding Innovative Principals, National Outstanding Modern Principals, and Guangzhou’s Most Education Wise Educators.

Biography
He Yuliang, Principal of Baoding Art High School & Baoding Branch of Beijing Bayi School. He is a national‑level expert for the National Principal Training Program and the National Teacher Training Program initiated by the Ministry of Education of China. He is a National Leading Principal, National Outstanding Secondary‑School Principal, and Hebei Provincial Educator‑type Principal. He serves as the host of principal workshops at national, provincial and municipal levels.
He also holds positions as Executive Director of the Innovative Talents Education Research Association, Executive Director of the Educational Administration Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Education, and Director of the China Association for Non‑public Education. He is a Guest Professor at Hebei University and a Member of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
He was awarded the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award for Basic Education (2023), and the Special Prize of Hebei Provincial Teaching Achievement Award for Basic Education (2020, 2026). He has authored nine monographs.

Biography
Xiong Wanxi, Associate Professor at the National Training Center for Secondary School Principals, and Master’s Supervisor at the Faculty of Education, East China Normal University. He earned his Doctor of Education degree from the Institute of International and Comparative Education, Beijing Normal University in 2011. As a joint‑training doctoral candidate, he conducted research as a visiting scholar at Boston College in the United States from September 2009 to December 2010. He was selected for the Shanghai Municipal Education Law Talent Development Program in 2017. His current research project is Revitalization of County‑level High Schools: Influencing Factors and Governance Strategies. His main research interests cover general senior‑secondary education and principal professional development.
