Registration Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 14th January 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after 14th January 2025 are non-refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome.
- The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
- Conference delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
- Organisers of ECHO Australia Conference 2025
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the conference, you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the conference, in which you may appear, to be used by The Common Good in promotion of the Conference.
- By registering for the conference, you are consenting for your data to be captured and used as per the “Data Processing Consent Policy”. If you have any queries or concerns regarding this, please contact us at ECHO@theconferencecompany.com
- Acceptance of delegate bookings will be subject to The Common Good’s approval. The Common Good reserves the right to decline bookings based on any association, direct or indirect, that does not uphold its objectives; or directly competes with The Common Good, partners and/or sponsors.
Information Presented at the Conference
The information presented at the Conference is solely intended for healthcare professionals.
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to explore the latest industry trends and business opportunities.
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.
Although the client strives to present only current and accurate information at its conference, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.
Any decisions as to how you use this information is in your sole discretion and The Common Good – An initiative of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation will not be liable for any issues that may arise from such use.
Participant Conduct
You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

Legal Claim
This agreement is subject to the laws of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.
Program
The client reserves the rights to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.
Insurance
If you are travelling to the Conference, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services tax of 10%.
- Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Conference dates only.
Dorsett Hotel
- Individual Bookings
- The credit details submitted in the online form will be used to guarantee the booking. The details will be securely transferred to the hotel at 30 days prior to check in. The hotel will charge the credit card for one night's deposit on or after Friday 14 February 2025. The remaining balance is to be paid directly with the hotel on check in.
- If you cancel you reservation on or after Tuesday 11 February 2025 or fail to check in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to all nights accommodation booked.
- Group Bookings
- Group bookings of 8 or more rooms are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total booking to hold the rooms. From Monday 13 January this deposit is non-refundable. Full payment for all rooms is due before Tuesday 11 February. If payment is not received by this date then the rooms will be released for sale to other attendees.
- Rooms cancelled after Tuesday 11 February 2025 are non-refundable.
- Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
- You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in. If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in.
- You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked upoin check in. Any incidentals incurred during your stay will need to be paid direct with the hotel upon departure.
- Please be advised the hotel will apply a surcharge of 1.5% for Mastercard, Visa, and Amex. Payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am.
Travelodge
- Individual Bookings
- The credit details submitted in the online form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge for your full accommodation booking on or after Friday 14 February 2025.
- If you cancel you reservation on or after Tuesday 11 February 2025 or fail to check in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to all nights accommodation booked.
- Group Bookings
- Group bookings of 8 or more rooms are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total booking to hold the rooms. From Monday 13 January 2025 this deposit is non-refundable. Full payment for all rooms is due before Tuesday 11 February. If payment is not received by this date then the rooms will be released for sale to other attendees.
- Rooms cancelled after Tuesday 11 February 2025 are non-refundable.

Hotel Indigo
- Individual Bookings
- The credit details submitted in the online form will be used to guarantee the booking. The details will be securely transferred to the hotel at 30 days prior to check in. Full payment is to be made directly with the hotel on check in.
- Cancellation policy for reservations on 17 March 2025 to 20 March 2025: If you cancel your reservation on or after Tuesday 11 February 2025 or fail to check in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to all nights accommodation booked.
- Cancellation policy for reservations on 16 March 2025: If you cancel you reservation on or after Wednesday 11 December 2025 or fail to check in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to all nights accommodation booked.
- Group Bookings
- Group bookings of 8 or more rooms are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total booking to hold the rooms. From Monday 13 January 2025 this deposit is non-refundable. Full payment for all rooms is due before Tuesday 11 February 2025. If payment is not received by this date then the rooms will be released for sale to other attendees.

Please be advised the hotel will apply a surcharge of 1.7% for Visa, Mastercard, and Amex, and 3% for all other cards. Payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
