Dilan Jayawardana is an experienced podiatrist currently working at the Austin Health High Risk Foot Service, which is presently undergoing NADC (National Association of Diabetes Centres) accreditation.
Since completing a Bachelor of Podiatry at La Trobe University in 2014, Dilan has developed a strong clinical foundation in the management of high-risk foot complications.
Before joining Austin Health, Dilan worked with Queensland Health across the Sunshine Coast and Cairns High Risk Foot Clinics the latter of which is recognised as a NADC centre of excellence.
Outside of work Dilan enjoys cricket and is currently completing his Master in Public health through James Cook University.

Meghana Mangatt is a podiatrist at Royal Perth Bentley group, works as an integral part of the Multidisciplinary Diabetes Foot Ulcer Clinic at Royal Perth Hospital, an NADC-accredited Centre of Excellence High Risk Foot Service. Meghana also works as a senior podiatrist at St John of God Mt Lawley and Moorditj Djena. Earlier in her career, Meghana worked at Geraldton hospital where she conducted various outreach clinics across the Midwest and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia.
Since graduating with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the University of Western Australia in 2020, she has focused her clinical practice on the prevention and management of high-risk foot conditions. Meghana is passionate about collaborative care models, health equity, and improving outcomes for high risk foot populations

As the Podiatry Manager and former Diabetic Foot Team Leader at The Royal Melbourne Hospital's DFU Centre of Excellence, she is at the forefront of clinical care, research, and service delivery.
Her commitment to evidence-based practice is demonstrated through her involvement in high-impact research, including a published RCT on silver dressings. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Wound Care, a Masters of Leadership, and being an endorsed Podiatry prescriber, Eva is a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes and the Podiatry profession
