We all know the importance of good education and training in any aspect of our live, at the gym, on the sporting ground, at school and within a Shared Resource Lab (SRL). This session will cover the best practices for education/training researchers, various ways this can be achieved and an interactive session on ideas for SRL staff education/training. The session will conclude with an introduction to the ISAC SRL Recognition Program and open discussions around the program.
