Details
In this session, we will explore computational methods for the analysis of high-dimensional flow, spectral, or mass cytometry data. Specifically we will explore
• Data pre-processing and transformations
• Clustering (e.g. FlowSOM)
• Dimensionality reduction (e.g. UMAP) and visualisation
• Evaluating and correcting batch effects
• Statistical testing
While we will be using many examples of how to implement these approaches in R, the lessons will be at a conceptual level, and no prior experience in R or computational analysis is required.
