Ellen is a Cardiac Sonographer. She is currently undertaking a Post Doctoral Research Fellowship in the Department of Māori and Indigenous Health Innovation at the University of Otago, Christchurch. Ellen is also the co-specialisation lead for the PGDip Health Sciences (Cardiac Ultrasound) course at the University of Auckland.
