Jason has 35 yrs of Cardiac Cath lab experience working in 14 cath labs and is currently the Clinical Nurse Manager at Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty Tauranga Hospital Cardiac Cath Lab. He is an Editorial Board member for Cath Lab Digest for the last 25 yrs and sits on the Te Manawa Taki Regional Leaders Group. He was formally chair of the New Zealand Cath Lab Leaders Group for 7yrs.

Ben Rendall is a Cardiology Advanced Trainee currently in his final year of training at Christchurch Hospital. Over the past 18 months he and his team have developed and integrated a decision support tool into the electronic record in Christchurch Hospital Cardiology. He presented the first version of this tool at this conference last year. He will now present the updated version of the tool with associated safety and clinical outcomes data following its adoption

Jane Liggins is a Nurse Lead and part of the clinical team at the Heart Foundation. Jane plays a pivotal role in partnering with hospitals, primary health organisations (PHOs) and community healthcare providers to deliver education and support for cardiac conditions, cardiovascular disease risk assessment, and lifestyle management. With a rich and varied career in cardiac nursing, Jane has gained extensive experience across New Zealand, Australia, and England. Her expertise spans the cardiac catheter lab, heart research, coronary care units (CCU), cardiac surgical units (CTSU), clinical practice improvement, education, prevention, and cardiac rehabilitation. Jane holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and a Master of Public Health, equipping her with a substantial knowledge base to lead and contribute to initiatives that advance heart health and improve patient outcomes.
