Novo Nordisk Breakfast Symposium: Obesity needs to be treated like any other modifiable CV risk factor

Details
Cardiovascular clinicians routinely manage smoking, hypertension and dyslipidaemia as core modifiable risk factors — yet obesity, despite its profound contribution to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, is too often left at the clinic door. Why the hesitation, and what would it take to change that?
This breakfast symposium reframes obesity as a modifiable cardiovascular risk factor deserving of the same clinical energy as lipids or blood pressure. Through a practical, case-based lens, our expert faculty will equip the everyday cardiovascular clinician with the confidence to initiate and manage semaglutide in their own practice — covering the who, what, how and when of patient selection, initiation, dose titration, and ongoing care.
Join us to rethink what comprehensive cardiovascular risk reduction really looks like.
